When I was on my way to the airport to catch the 9AM flight to head to London, I was going through a mental checklist of things to see if I have forgotten anything.
I did forget something.
My Priority Pass!
The card that gets you IN the lounges so there’s no need to wait forever in the crowded, noisy terminal lugging all of your stuff with you, trying to find semi-decent food.
It’s one of the reasons why I opt for connections in Seoul/Inchon instead of flying direct. The lounge in Seoul is pretty impressive. Good food, large space, and showers. SHOWERS!! It’s the most refreshing thing ever to be able to take a shower before/after those super long flights. Seriously worth it.
Anyway. So I forgot my card. I was panicking on the train to the station. I told my husband I forgot my card, and he was home for another hour. He was able to find my card, and suggest I make an online account. When I tried to make an online account it told me I need the verification code they sent in snail mail ages ago. I remember filing that paper away somewhere in the depths of the papers in the house.
I was giving up already.
Then super-hubby says he took a photo of the mail with the code in it, in case we need it one day.
That one day has come.
So I was able to get the software installed, registered, and I now have a virtual card on my phone!!
It worked like a charm
The day has been saved by the hubs. Best husband ever!
I recommend you set up your virtual card BEFORE you leave the house to avoid any panic (like moi) for smooth travel with one less card in your wallet.
Do you have a priority pass? If yes, how do you like it? If no, is it something that you would like to get? Let me know in the comments!
